Early bird registration pricing is in effect until May 1st! After that date and through June 16th, participant registration fees will be raised to the regular amount. Late and on-site registration fees come into effect on June 17th.
The deadline to book the on-campus accommodation options we have secured falls on April 15. Accommodation will be at a premium in Calgary come early July, so we highly recommend observing this deadline.

The conference will have a full program from 9am on July 4th through 4pm on September 7th. We have also arranged a full day trip to the Banff Centre for the Arts in the Rocky Mountains on the 8th that you can add to your registration package if you wish to extend your stay. We have updated our website with travel information to help you plan your trip.
In addition to conference registration, all PSi25 participants must be members of the PSi organization. At the end of the conference registration process you will therefore be directed to the PSi membership registration site.
Note for voucher applicants: accommodation and registration voucher holders will be given a discount code to use when registering online, so if you applied for these vouchers then please do hold back on your registration until you hear from us (you will hear from us well within the early bird period). Voucher applicants can go ahead and book accommodation right away as the accommodation discount will be applied later.
Conference Registration Rates
All rates are in Canadian Dollars, include a built-in $10 administration fee, and are subject to a 5% tax charge.
– Higher income member (annual income above $50,000): Early bird $310 / Regular $370 / On site $400.
– Lower income member (annual income up to $50,000): Early bird $260 / Regular $310 / On site $335.
– Student: Early bird $210 / Regular $250 / On site $270.
– Publisher: $260 (this option requires pre-approval due to limited capacity).
– Online or pre-recorded presenter: $140 (this option requires pre-approval due to limited capacity).
PSi 25 will be held at the University of Calgary this summer from July 4-7, 2019. Keep up to date with conference information on our website, https://www.psi2019calgary.com/. We will be updating the site with pertinent information as the conference nears.
